Power Vinyasa Flow @ St. John School of the Arts

Vinyasa yoga links pranayama {breath} and asana {posture} also expressed as one breath, one movement. In this class you can expect high energy, uplifting music to mirror sequences that support balance, endurance, strength + flexibility of not only body but of mind. You’ll be supported through deliberate and continuous connection of breath + movement with moments to explore your own personal practice with an option to flow on your own.
